Being a top performer makes you a target in buisinesses as managers will need to justify why other employees are so shit in comparison. So its easier to get rid of the people at the top to justify their own job and the lack of managing poor performers.

First off I don’t know how real this is. What would be the source of being a top performer for each of her jobs? The companies are not going to discuss with cnn why they fired someone, so I assume the source is herself.
But on the off chance this is real depending on what line of work she was doing, I can understand why some companies would fire her. A lot of jobs have policies about working for a competitor. Finishing a zoom meeting to then getting on another meeting with a competitor is a completely valid reason to let someone go.
