Source is a Library of Congress item, I cropped it and turned it into a ‘wiggle 3d’ gif myself. Even if it is a staged photo, it is still emblematic of the times, where increasing numbers of women were beginning to wear pants, and with the flapper-length hairstyle. https://www.loc.gov/item/2023638511/
