This is crazy. The only way I can even imagine the US would stop is if the soldiers in the military itself would overthrow their superiors and then arrest the entire Trump administration.
They are the only ones who can stop this. If the soldiers don’t comply (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard) and just arrest the all the generals who told them that this war would bring back Jesus and then arrest the entire administration and buddies of Trump, only then could all this stop.
But for that to happen there would have to be a unity of all the soldiers and the realisation that this war and Trump will bring only their demise if they don’t stop him.
Not that I think this will actually happen, but one can hope.

There is no small scale result of deploying a nuclear bomb. Every single time it does long term harm to the entire Earth l.

1) Saying the UN is preparing for XYZ so XYZ will happen now is like saying firemen are training for a car crash so there must be a car crash within the next 5 minutes.
2) Why would the US leak such an endeavor to the UN of all places? This makes no sense. And the UN also doesn’t have own foreign military intelligence.
3) Mohamad Safa is not a diplomat but a Lebanese executive director and representative of PVA (a Lebanese NGO for economics and environment) which is a permanent consultant for UN ECOSOC.
So there’s not only no reason to assume such plannings are taking place but also these accusations come from a NGO with a propagandistic incentive and no insight into the topic.
