The biggest question is this: was this crime committed after his pardon or before?
If after, (let’s be real, he’s likely been molesting and abusing his whole life) then Trump is directly responsible and an accessory to the crime through his DOJ failing and refusing to vet any of the pardons.
The continued crimes wouldn’t have been allowed to persist without the pardon.
