If they leave ICE they need to pay back their 10k signing bonus which the majority probably spent the second they got it. If they make it to year 2 they get another 10k but if they leave they must pay the 20k back. Theres probably a few thinking they want to bail but are now trapped. I have no sympathy but i couldnt figure out why nobody was quitting. Some are just there because they want to hurt people though and probably would do it for free

Remember the kids who nobody liked so they became the hall monitor? They grew up and joined ICE. They don’t care who they hurt because they hate everyone including themselves.
It would be cooler if Lorne Michaels took this all more seriously. His cast hosting talkshows are normalizing Trumpism. Fox News hosts who should be in prison are now on The Tonight Show. The NBC profits here end up funding Trumpism. These are just facts. Enjoy it, but understand other’s see it differently for good reasons and free instinct
I realize now sometimes I watched SNL so I could pretend that counted as support or belief or participation. Comedy helps us cope only, The Daily Show kept me sane when *everyone else* was failing. *This has not been normal for several decades* and TV is part of that occuring.
