Not a fan, but I was alive when the inspiration for it was new.

Still have this book. Check out chromebook 1 and 2 for some more great art and some ideas that haven’t aged well, like the Cyberfax. A fax machine for your cyberarm.

A lot of the world building stuff in the original Cyberpunk 2020 rulebook was very prescient. It extended beyond the technology to the social aspects as well. I think I’ll dig mine out and reread it for fun.

One of the best RPG sourcebooks ever written. It made Night City feel like a real place you could actually visit, if you dared to. If you’re ever playing or running *2020*, this book is damn near a requirement.Â

I have quite a soft spot and faux-nostalgia for RPG covers from the late 80s to the early 90s. It’s a perfect mix of detail and whimsy.

Couldn’t find much on Doug Anderson, a shame. [I did find a PDF of the guide book though](https://bibliocecifi.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/cyberpunk-2020-night-city-juego-de-rol.pdf), great artwork throughout.
