Taking out Maduro was 100% about America first and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. It’s not even about oil and certainly it was never about drugs. It’s about keeping the American dollar as the world’s currency. Venezuela was a threat because it was starting to trade its world’s largest oil reserves with BRICS nations using the new UNIT based trading system. Trump’s handlers can’t have that happen, they would see their fortunes collapse if the rest of the world started trading in other monetary systems. Not only that, US bonds would become worthless and the Treasury would be bankrupt. The US doesn’t even really need the oil. It’s all about preserving the petrodollar.
