I’ve lost a lot of faith in the people around me from my efforts to explain to them why this is a nonsense statement because you can’t lower anything “more than 100%..” People just don’t seem to grasp just how stupid a thing to say this was.. He might as well have said he was lowering them by “eleventy gillion..” It would have made exactly as much sense.
