If you actually ate the amount shown on the package, you’d experience neurotoxicity. One of the alkaloids in the seed and latex is thebaine, which is the precursor to Oxycodone.
Also there are a bunch of other alkaloids we don’t even know about and those can depress your respiration or decrease your blood pressure or something like that. There’s a chance of stuff like that happening if that entire loaf was filled, but everyone has different biology. Never know.
