I used to work in quality for an auto mirror manufacturer and it was a constant barrage of “Your parts are causing wind noise” from the OEMs even when every gap was perfectly in spec.
I’ll never forget the time my boss said “We do have the only part that hangs off the side of the car, so it makes sense that it’s the top offender for it.” 🤣🤣🤣
