For anyone not getting the joke: Vegeta has a famously big widows peak which is generally a sign of hair loss. He enters the series as an inexplicably angry dude wanting to destroy everything. The joke is that hes just mad about balding, and a trip to Turkiye (famous for hair transplant surgery) is the cure for his anger. The last frame is a plane full of guys after getting hair transplants.
