For the holiday catering, would that be one piece of chicken, a pot of potatoes, coleslaw and a biscuit each? I figure even with people generally eating less in the 60s, that’s a fairly small portion for an adult. If it’s basically an individual box each though that’s a pretty decent option.
I do somehow doubt their claim of 100 people served in ten minutes, I figure they’d be pretty pissed off if you walked in and expected that
