When i got one as a door prize on the 1st gen we didn’t have smart phones with decent sized screens. I used the crap out of it. I even had to buy my wife one because she kept stealing mine.
Once we both switched to an iPhone 8 from an iPhone 4 the iPad use was discontinued.

I went to a timeshare program and got a free tablet. Tried it out…it sucks. So, I put wall hanging adhesive tape on it, hung it up next to the sink so I can watch YouTube while washing dishes…and still just use my phone when washing dishes.

Not me. I got myself one of those tablet stands on my bed and I be watching everything whilst laying down. Literally better than most TVs

I was on a deployment and my iPad mini was everything. My way of communicating to back home, watched movies and series on it, games, books. Had a little set up with two wall hooks so I can watch while laying in my bunk. This was in ‘16, I still have it and it works great

I got one last year because i wanted to keep things for what they are. Like my MacBook for work related things only, i dont watch movies or yr on it and my phone i uninstalled all games and i dont use it to watch media. That leaves the ipad, i use it for games yt Netflix etc.
