    1. kind of true (Sinosphere governments can mobilize way more especially earlier on due to the Becrocracy) but also kind of an unfair comparison since those “European” war is in a single kingdom that may just be a small county or a large kingdom like France or England while China is basically a continent-sized country and each Chinese province is the size of a European Country like France

      a much more comparable situation would be to compare the 30 years war (8 Million, but a lot of other wars happened in or around it so easily in the tens of millions if added up) and the collapse of the Ming Dynasty (25 Million), that happened at the same time and both are linked to the Mini Ice Age and the so-called Crisis of the 17th Century in a region of 100 and 160-200 Million respectively, they aren’t a world apart

      also, the Romans with their Continent-sized Empire did mobilize comparable sized armies or infrastructure or scales to the Han (China was still somewhat ahead and granted Rome was more Mediterranean than strictly European but still)
