My kid is still wearing shorts to school, in the frost. Some people are just built different!

Hi, that’s me, I am that one.
I wear cargo shorts all year round, sometimes I put on a jacket. It stays about -14f here for a month or so mid winter. I run my snow blower through two feet of snow in shorts. The only thing I regret about shorts in the snow compared to pants is my boots packing with snow.
I am from Mackinaw City Michigan, and it’s cold here.

Had this, he was a close friend in elementary. No matter what he wore shorts and a T-shirt. His parents definitely supplied him, he just changed on our walk to school.
He was CRAZY athletic and very smart.

I was born and raised in the SF Bay Area, California. Our *rough* winters were 20°F.
One of our buddies went off to college in Minnesota and he turned into the guy in shorts and a t-shirt.
We’re all layered up in winter clothes, while he’s dressed for the summer saying, “Minnesota winters are -40°.
Now, I’m the one living in Minnesota freezing my junk off.
