It’s because Stephen Miller is the president and directs/approves Trump’s social media posts. He feeds Trump false information and AI to rile him up and make many provably false claims. He’s shocked when he finds out things aren’t as he believed.
I’m not sure there’s ever been an administration that simply shouts lies at the American people as if they are facts.

Hannity talks about “massive tax hikes to working folks” when it’s a 2% increase to the top 1%. These people are straight up liars.
I’m not American, I’m from Europe. I took the time to listen to the whole 5 minutes. Every sentence they say is so obviously wrong, intentionally misleading, and completely out of proportion. It’s unmistakably clear who they are preying on, and the saddest thing is, I know there are millions who do believe this nonsense, voted for it, and will continue to do so. The fantasy world they made up is the reality of half of the country. It reminds me so much of Banksy’s Dismal World.
