This isn’t the correct mode of thinking. Trump is a narcissist and is always talking about himself. When he states what someone is doing, such as a witch hunt or rigging the election, he is simply stating what he is either in the middle of doing or about to do.
“Low IQ” is trump referring to his 3rd grade reading level. He is nearly illiterate. There was even a piece on his apparent illiteracy from a person close to him before he ever began running for president.
And if you want to know why he says “piggy”, look at pictures of him from the side during press announcements without a podium to see how he shoves his spine forward very unnaturally so his stomach hangs flat in front of him instead of bulging forward like it would if he straightened his spine. He lives on McDonald’s.

Actually, for trump, “low IQ” is usually reserved for black women. White women are “nasty.”
