This will be a non thing until maybe a month before the mid terms where it will become this big legislative push to do so where either it happens and Trump can claim credit or it doesn’t pass and they can spin it to Democrats don’t want to share the bounty with the American people.
Maybe a bit earlier if say the Epstein stuff gets bad but I think it’s more likely he declares war somewhere to distract from that.
