Among them the most heinous, John Eastman and Sidney Powell.
It is a PR stunt. None of them are charged with federal crimes. All of them are charged with state crimes with ongoing cases which the pardon does nothing about.
The only candle in the darkness is accepting a pardon means you are guilty of the crime in question (see Burdick v. United States).
So any lawyers can be submitted to their respective bars and have their cards revoked for being criminals.
Voters and Supreme Court made it ok in 2024.

How can people be pardoned during a government shutdown?
They are so sure they will hold onto power that they are so blatant with all this shit, that’s what should be worrying. They have set precedent that if a democrat came into power, they could very well do all these things as well.

That’s what happens when you elect a criminal.
Its not ok. But it became ok when Trump was elected for a second time. It became when everyone cared more about men in women sports and what Joe Rogan thinks than actual policies and long term implications of your votes. Americans made it ok. Trump tried to steal an election and then 4 years later Americans were like “Yea, its ok, you can have it for real this time”
