Ah good ol’ SAPS. Probably not the worst police service on the planet, the actual crime report system is useless but the traffic cops mostly actually give a damn (if you’re not driving a taxi or a bus).
A lot of them will ask for bribes though, point blank. Will vary from province to province. Clearly the lack of caring about filming means she’s at least not one of the blatantly corrupt ones.

Most cops don’t care, if anything someone getting stopped keeping a hand busy and visible by holding up a phone filming the interaction makes the entire situation less tense. The ones that get all pissed about it are either corrupt or idiots.
