    1. Local police in County Clare in the west of Ireland were alerted to the presence of a lion-like creature in the woods when a video began circulating of the animal. When they got there, however, they found that the animal was actually a Newfoundland dog with a fresh haircut vaguely resembling a lion’s mane.

    2. You’re really not supposed to shave a Newfoundland if you can help it. It harms the double coat.

    3. Haha that’s about 4 miles from where I live, I heard about it and obviously thought that it was bullshit. Then I saw the pics and yeah kinda i get it now.

Don’t think over my life time, I’ve taken any drug to make me believe this was a lion.

    5. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, apparently the dog’s name is Mouse.

The press conference is going to be like “who’s on first” with an Irish brogue

      “And what’s the lion’s name?”

      “Dog”

      “The lions name was dog?”

      “No, mouse”

“So the Lion was named mouse?”

      “Dog”

      “…..”
