Why have we not heard anything having to do with the logistics of that afternoon? Where was that unfortunate victim sitting in relation to the shooter and Trump?

How come this came out so soon after the (so called) ‘peace agreement’? If I were a skeptical person, I would suspect it was all printed up way beforehand. Which would mean that he could have done this before countless more Palestinians lost their lives.
