Remember during his first term, he just started complaining about toilets not flushing properly? He complained you had to flush them over and over to get everything down?

His brain thought he was back in like 1993 when they required toilets to be low flow. You’d have to flush them several times to get your dookie down.
Then they redesigned the drain system (or whatever it’s called) to work with smaller amounts of water and the problem went away and a couple years later everyone forgot about it.
