    1. We’ve elected enough republicans enough times to have enough republican judges that the constitution is completely optional now, and is merely a matter of convenience.

      If it’s not the second amendment, it’s negotiable or irrelevant.

    2. I like Bernie and all, and understand what he’s trying to say, but he’s 100% incorrect.

      The Oath of Enlistment for the Army states:

      >I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;

      I swore an oath to protect the US constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic

      Trump and his cronies are forming a domestic threat

      >I solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

      We should all stop pretending he’s even trying to adhere to the law. He’s just trying to shred everything any way he can, legality does not matter.
