Not gonna lie “f*ck lying down” goes pretty hard as “don’t show off” or “just be normal”.
A quick check suggests that it can be either “one brother advising another to “fuck (whilst) lying down” (as opposed to all other options) while he picks up the money” thing OR the reply of the brother who was asked to run an errand (can be read as “bro, do it yourself as all other people, don’t invent new positions” I guess) especially since the Christian name (alongside Radoslav-Khotyeslav names which are pagan) is involved – “my brother in Christ, do it yourself” seems very plausible, a sibling thing to say
