Generally, epitaphs record the family background, life, achievements and evaluation of the tomb owner, but the epitaph of Li Jiancheng only contains the name of the deceased, posthumous title, time of death, time and place of burial. In addition, the posthumous title grid on the surface of the epitaph has obvious traces of carving and smearing.
