Nothing will happen until someone has the balls to roll into the ghettos (of EVERY demographic, from Compton to trailer parks in Kentucky and WV) and forcefully disarm every single person with an illegal gun. Don’t expect the law abiding citizens to give theirs up until we see the govt willing to TAKE them from those that shouldn’t have them.
