y’all realize Trump is telegraphing his intent to rig elections, right? the Muslim ban was also unconstitutional, and yet a way was found after some back and forth with courts. Same with tariffs, until Congress just officially ceded that power to him.
Like so many other EOs, this is an attempt to make law by presidential decree. Many states will ignore it. A few will illegally follow it. We’ll see if the courts allow the few to illegally follow the president’s lead. I’m not hopeful.
