According to [The Guardian](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/aug/16/nevada-arrest-israeli-official), he’s out on $10k bail and is still on the hook for the charges – though Israel is saying he was never arrested, but since he also doesn’t hold a Diplomatic Visa, immunity would not be attached.
