Look it’s pretty simple if republicans run the city = good no matter what. If democrats run the city = bad no matter what. It’s quite easy to follow the republican mindset.

Jackson, MS is the worst coty I’ve ever visited. Used to go there a lot for work and first time I went they made the mistake of booking my hotel downtown. It was literally like a scene from the walking dead. Just stores all boarded up, covered in graffiti, what looked like dead people walking around..
My coworker still tells this story when he went. He got picked up from the airport and taken downtown. As they were driving along, he asked the driver “this is the supposed to be the capitol, right” as they drove past run down buildings. The driver just sighed and was like “yeahhh I fucking hate it here”
