    1. It’s be better if you put what it actually is in the title, instead of portraying it like we don’t know what it is. It certainly isn’t an “Eagle Demon”

There’s a similar problem with lots of Mesopotamian artifacts. Search “Astarte” on this sub, and you’ll see so many photos of an artifact found in Iraq and held at the Louvre in France, that is well established to be the goddess Nanaya, but because the Wikipedia page for Astarte used it for so long, people blindly assumed that’s what it was at face value. The page for Astarte now correctly has an actual statue while the Nanaya statue has been moved to the Nanaya page

Edit: I was blocked for this, even though I was just trying to help

    2. OP while I appreciate the post, I think you’re demonstrating either no desire to learn more (at best) or just getting clicky-baity (at worst) with your post title.

I have no idea is which so judgement reserverd, but you’re doing yourself, and those who will ever see this post on reddit or via search, any favors when you could have taken a few seconds to say who this depiction is of as u/hina_doll39 has already kindly shown was *very* easy information to find and include.
