      The stringy parts seem to imply they were designed to be seen – whether worn over the top of other garments (like pants) or worn alone, because I wouldn’t have thought they’d have sat particularly comfortably underneath other clothes. I wonder if that was the case, and are they men’s or women’s? They look like women’s.
