On the lower crossguard is the image of an open mouthed lion as seen from above, spitting the blade of the sword from its mouth. It’s Housed at the National Museum of Iran.
Almost has a scifi vibe to it – like a sword you’d see Predator use.
This doesn’t look legit. Far more complex than typical elamite metal work. Looks a lot like art deco too
That grip does not look comfortable.
