A beautiful flanged-axe from the Bronze Age, around 3,200 to 3,800 years old. I’ve found this today, while metal detecting in Germany, Xanten. [2205×2448]
This is obviously going to be met with a lot of skepticism because there are so many fakers out there, but if you really did find it, then you must be over the moon. Congratulations!

Great find, but: If you found this today, how do you already know its probable age? Had some fellow archeologists have a look at it?Â
Probably destroying the archeological context in the process, removing a historially valuable piece from its resting place and rendering the site poorer in terms of potential knowledge gained from it.
