
A Yemeni translator described the meaning of the Sabaic script on the chest to the following (Personally, not sure if its correct): "He belongs to the tribe of (J-B-Z-M), Jabazam a tribe whose echoes are found in three Qatabanian inscriptions! They are united by their protective lord, the god Hawkam."

I think this statue is Roman/Greek from the looks of it. It could have been brought to Yemen through trade, or perhaps the Greeks made it in Yemen; no one knows the true Story of this statue yet.
The Kingdom of Qataban started at 800s BCE and fell around 100–200 CE. I added these dates for reference as the statue itself hasn't been dated yet.
