y’all need to let the big fictional man enjoy his plate of whatever in peace, you don’t know his out-of-frame life. Dude could be the pillar of his 2D community enjoying a gentle depiction of homecooked food from someone he saved from drowning in the inkwell earlier that day, and y’all trying to deny him his hard-earned gift of mortal gratitude just because large body size makes you uncomfortable
meanwhile, mid-burpie homeboi could be training for a mass shooting, but just because he’s all leaned up you’re ready to bestow virtue upon him based solely on the fact that he’s sweating a little bit.
this isn’t a motivational image, it’s a cautionary tale against the halo effect.

Nothing has to feel like hell. Enjoy your life and your wellness journey. Being overweight isn’t hell. Being fit isn’t heaven. Just be smart and use moderation. Exercise doesn’t have to be unenjoyable. In fact the opposite should be true. Eating well can be quite enjoyable. The perspective of this meme is skewed, in my opinion.

Oxidative stress is also a killer. All things in moderation.

What’s crazy is that the bottom dude in the picture is probably *way* stronger.

When the destination is fictional, isn’t all we have left is the journey then?
