The Dangolsheim Madonna is a wood carving of the Virgin Mary and Child Jesus, sculpted in Strasbourg around 1460-1465 CE by Nicolas Gerhaert of Leiden. This statue, considered one of the major works of the Late Gothic period, is now housed at the Bode Museum in Berlin [1867×6579]
