In the 1780s, a fisherman in Norway discovered this basalt axe in Fiskum lake. The axe is dated to 2850-2350 BCE, and weighs almost 700 grams. Now housed at the Museum of Cultural History in Oslo, Norway [1638×2048]

      Can someone make this today? Without cnc. Besides, there are mold marks on it, so was it cast from liquid basalt?
