Text: atïm el toγan totoq ben teŋri elimke elčisi ertim altï baγ bodunqa begi ertim esiz elime qunǰuyïma oγlanïma bodunïma esiz ime altmïš yašïmda
Translation: My name is general El Toğan. I was the envoy of Heaven to my land. I was the ruler of the Six Allied Peoples. I was without equal in my land, for my wife, for my sons, for my people. I was without equal like this at sixty years of age.
