The row above the drunk noah depicts pagan gods, starting with Saturn, the next is Jupiter, etc. The bell tower decoration has quite a few bold choices like this, including depicting famous florentines above christian saints and celebrsting human labor by depicting commercial activities, such as textile manufracturing(Florence’s biggest industry)
