
Hi there, I wanted to share something that helped me get motivated into going to the gym. I struggled to have consistency, also I lacked the knowledge into crafting a workout and it's very laborious logging every set. It also generates workouts tailored to you, and finally gives an overview of the recovery, so you don't extrapolate (and this makes easier to go on the other days).
