      Wikipedia steal:

The prisoner is generally tied to a gun with the upper part of the small of his back resting against the muzzle. When the gun is fired, his head is seen to go straight up into the air some forty or fifty feet; the arms fly off right and left, high up in the air, and fall at, perhaps, a hundred yards distance; the legs drop to the ground beneath the muzzle of the gun; and the body is literally blown away altogether, not a vestige being seen.

There was a story, which I can’t find a source of, so take it as hearsay, that a British officer would force pig fat into the mouth of Muslim prisoners being subjected to this.

So not only are they being horribly executed, they’re also going to hell.

Intelligent life forms on the only known planet capable of sustaining it, and this is how we treat each other. Hopefully we cease to exist in the near future

Better than the death penalty today tbh 🤷‍♂️. I’d rather take this method than any modern one

    5. At first it seemed very brutal. But then if you think about it, if you turn to dust in an instant maybe this is a good way to go?

All hail the empire, irony now the US is doing the same in this century.History is on a repeating pattern.

JFC, you see the look on that guy’s face? Probably a more definite form of capital punishment but horrific in its conception.

    8. This kind of execution method is indicative when there is such emotional feelings toward an entire population of citizens. Why else would you hate a citizen of another country unless you do not understand them at all, and they are completely different from you? This is what happened in history when countries tried to take over countries far away from them. Of course they looked different, acted different, had different culture, and were generally hard to understand. It becomes emotional at that point and you hate them. See the Palestinians and Israelis currently. Except we humans decided to place them artificially in close proximity, which is why the hatred and emotions are so high.
