I’m going to go with an unusual one and say Haku from Utawarerumono 3. Because he is not just bullshitting for the lulz, he has a noble reason.
For a more comedic option, Cid from Eminence in the Shadow. Which is also a rare case where he is as strong as he appears, while still talking out of his ass.
