    Norwegian guy was abandoned in the slums of India by his hippie parents. Ended up having an Indian accent due to living there for years.

      Damn, that’s brutal. Poor guy basically won the lottery being born in Norway, with how high of a quality of life people have there. Ends up on the streets of India instead. Prisoners in Norway probably have a higher quality of life than most people in the world.

      As a Norwegian who has been to India quite a lot, this is indeed interesting as fuck. Also kinda surreal.

      I don’t get it. Why doesn’t he just go to his country’s embassy and ask for an emergency airfare loan (to get back to his country)?

      Something tells me he is not stuck there unwillingly.

      Happened in my city as well. Rich Dutch parents, working in shipping industry… mom and dad hired local lady to babysit the kid, post ww2 so its common to never even care about your kids.

      Up and left, never to return. Dude can’t even speak english and had poor education. Had a good life despite all of that and fully integrated into local community.

      This is def fake lol. I can tell you this guy is faking the accent, especially if he was “raised” in Mumbai. He is sounding like a white guy trying to do an Indian accent.
