In the end times, everyone in the area will know where it is. They’ll find the vents, the access hatches. They’ll have construction equipment, charges, weapons.
Even the people inside the bunker with him might decide they don’t want to keep taking orders.
I mean… it’s a fun vanity project… but if he thinks it’s going to afford him safety he’s a little naive.

I like that my billionaires come in two flavors: burrowing and rocket. I do wish we had a third flavor like “helpful”, but that’s almost antithetical at this point.
What is their plan? When everyone is dead but them when it’s safe to go back up, are they gonna grow their own food and do all the hard work themselves to survive?

Look, if you’re gonna build a billionaire bunker then, like…maybe don’t do it on a string of volcanic islands? Some of which are still very active? Where the ocean crust is clearly thinner and anything could happen?
I’m not an expert, probably not even an amateur. I’m just thinking it’s weird to build a bunker closer to the volcanic activity and/or thin crust.
It’s probably wishful thinking that the crust will open up and swallow Suckerberg, but one can hope.
