This is the first I heard of this. I read through some of noobcrews recent post about the matter. So what’s the impact of this outcome? What was the goal of the lawsuit?
This is similar to Dota. Valve only got the rights to the name because they had their own game and not just a mod. But it is still allowed to make mods for Warcraft with the same name.
