Grandmother’s Kennkarte

We know very little about my grandma. She was Romanian, or Russian, probably Jewish but able to fake enough documents that we have several different birthdays for her (her grave says 1929 but probably 1926??) my aunt has this old tattered blue Kennkarte, this is the best digital restoration we can do. Any information on the stamps would be appreciated.

Also, yea, grandma was super pretty.
