Remember that show “The Good Place”? When the emotionless A.I. was programmed with an arbitrary self defense of begging for its life if you wanted to kill it?

Villians don’t see themselves as villians.

Elon Musk and Bezos could be regarded as saints. Modern messiahs. They could help fix a lot of the world’s problems with the billions they have and STILL be billionaires.
But nope. They don’t even think that way. They just want to accumulate more $$$.
That’s how much of a douche they are.

People *are* vilifying the rich — with good fucking reason.
At least 120 years ago, American oligarchs used their money to fund hospitals, libraries and universities. Today they buy Twitter to platform Nazis and buy megayachts.
Billionaires are inherently immoral. As someone said, when you reach $1 billion in net worth, the rest of your money should be taxed at 100 percent, and you get a certificate that says, “Congratulations, you won capitalism.”

He can easily change the lives of soooo many people (not just random people…people who help make him rich) without feeling an ounce of discomfort. Without sacrificing so much as a fingernail clipping. Just a number on a spreadsheet that is so high it is meaningless to comprehend. A number he wouldn’t be able to tell you if you held a gun to his head. Plus the goodwill would be invaluable. But he won’t.

It’s the job of government to regulate business. The business of business is business.

Rich people used to pay their fair share

How sad for them. How will they ever recover?
It’s time to go on a submarine excursion, Jeff.

You may not be guilty of something like this, but it comes close when you underpay your workers. They deserve better.
The douche talks like he’s got false teeth.
> Loves to make a fat trade
> Look at all the money he’s made
> He cannot even count it all
> Congratulations Jeff
> You had it all, but you wanted more
He seems to genuinely feel that he doesn’t have enough. An utterly bizarre man.
