I would have guessed Tecumseh but I can’t find an image wearing a similar head dress.

It doesn’t look dissimilar to [Mid-Colonial Bronze Heads](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ&ra=m) that they have in the Meso-American section at the Smithsonian Museum in DC.
