      I watched an interesting programme about how Carol wanted them to live at the much larger Peles castle after his death but she had made a home at Pelisor for Ferdinand herself and the children and wouldnt move.

      This is more likely to be 1893 (when she was married, aged 18). She became Queen in 1922 but she was already 47 at that time.
